My experience with their team has made a meaningful difference in my spinal alignment, posture, and overall wellness. I was diagnosed with scoliosis at an early age, but because the curvature was considered slight at the time, treatment wasn’t considered necessary. As an adult, I became much more aware of how everyday habits, especially spending so much time looking down at a phone, could affect my neck, back, posture, and overall alignment. That’s where 100% Chiropractic has really helped me. Through consistent chiropractic adjustments, spinal alignment work, posture awareness, and therapeutic care, I’ve become much more conscious of how I carry myself. I literally catch myself now thinking, Lift the phone up. Get your head up. Shoulders back. Stand tall. I especially want to recognize Dr. Alban. He has a great way of keeping the atmosphere positive, comfortable, and conversational during treatment. When you're dealing with an area that may be sore or an adjustment that could make you tense up, Dr. Alban keeps the conversation upbeat and helps take your mind off the discomfort. Before you know it, the adjustment is done. That personal touch makes a real difference. I also appreciate that their approach goes beyond the chiropractic adjustment itself. The targeted massage therapy, specific area massage, stretching, and other therapeutic techniques complement the chiropractic care and make the experience feel much more comprehensive. What I value most is that I’m not simply coming in, getting adjusted, and leaving. I’m learning better habits that I can use every day to take care of my neck, back, spine, and posture. So glad that my friend referred me to them! I did the three appointment package where I was able to get my x-ray, learn more about my spine, get adjusted, and get a massage. I’ve had the pleasure of getting adjustments form both Dr. Samantha & Dr. Alban who are clearly knowledgeable in their field. They create a very welcoming experience everytime I go to the office and I’ve enjoyed having this in my weekly schedule. I’ve experienced major improvements in the back pain that I came here for in the first place, not only in what I feel but also in the updated x-ray scans!

I cannot recommend **100% Chiropractic on Marietta Blvd** enough, especially if you are looking for a pediatric and family chiropractor you can completely trust. We switched to this location two months ago after a frustrating experience elsewhere. My baby boy who is now 3months used to cry through every single session at our previous chiropractor, and his adjustments just weren't "taking" to help him feel better. The difference since switching to Dr. Alben has been night and day! Instead of tears, my son now laughs and smiles the entire time Dr. Alben holds and adjusts him. The physical improvements have been incredible to watch: * **Better Digestion & Relief:** I can see a massive difference in his overall mobility, his bowel movements, and his reflux. * **Peaceful Sleep:** In the days following an adjustment, he sleeps peacefully for hours. * **Happier Demeanor:** He is a fundamentally happier, more comfortable baby than when we first started.
