Chiropractors in Tampa, FL

Dr. Pedro Rosado, D.C

Hi! I am Dr Pedro Rosado. I own and operate 100% Chiropractic – Tampa. I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Florida and have been practicing since 2010, showing the community the meaning of true healthcare through chiropractic. Healthcare at its best is focused on maintaining good health by prevention rather than waiting for something to go wrong.

As a chiropractor in my home state of Florida, I evaluate and analyze your spine and nervous system to see if your body is functioning at its 100% potential. When the spine and nervous system are in the proper alignment and working efficiently, the body exemplifies those results.  When building almost any structure in the world, the most time is spent on the foundation. So if you have never spent time taking care of your foundation (which is your spine and nervous system), my wonderful team and I would love to guide you through a journey to better health.

After I earned my degree in Communications from the University of South Florida, I started my Doctorate studies at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL. There I learned a variety of safe and effective techniques for infants, children, and adults, including certifications in Active Release Technique. The chiropractic philosophy expanded my passion for holistic healthcare and fueled my desire to share this philosophy and healthcare with the world. Being bilingual in English and Spanish has given me the opportunity to share chiropractic with a more diverse population.

In my spare time, I enjoy paddleboarding, going on hikes with my dog Enzo, playing soccer, and pretty much anything that involves being outside in beautiful Florida with my wonderful wife Kelly. I have my family, friends, and patients to thank for playing such an important role in who I have become. They are my inspiration to continue to be the best that I can be.

Dr. Nicholas Young, D.C. | Clinic Director

Hi! I am Dr. Nicholas Young. I was born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia and just recently moved down to the Tampa area. I graduated from Life University in Atlanta, GA in June 2021 with my Chiropractic Doctorate and Bachelor’s in Exercise Science.

While at Life University, I grew a passion for addressing and correcting the root causes of illness instead of masking symptoms. I believe that when it comes to chronic illnesses, people should try safe, nondrug and nonsurgical approaches to optimizing their health first. I also learned multiple techniques to help my patients in every way possible, such as: Cox flexion, Thompson, activator, pediatric and diversified methods. At the end of my schooling I received my certification in Spinal Decompression, which is a safe treatment to reverse and correct disc herniations, spinal stenosis, facet syndromes and other degenerative spinal changes that puts pressure on spinal nerves.

During my free time I enjoy everything athletic and outdoors, especially the beach. I love to workout, go for long walks on the beach, play golf, spikeball, and explore new places. I always enjoy meeting new people and all things Washington sports related (Go nats and caps!).

I look forward to meeting and helping every new patient towards a life that isn’t just pain free, but one that is fulfilling, goal oriented, and maximizes your true potential at 100%!

Dr. Jorge Cardona, D.C. | Associate Doctor

Wepa! I’m Dr. Jorge Cardona, proud to serve our community with passion and dedication as part of the 100% chiropractic family. Born and raised in the beautiful Island of Puerto Rico, I graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, Aguadilla campus in 2019, focusing on a Biomedical Biology degree. In 2021, I moved to Port Orange, FL, to further my education in the realm of human anatomy and wellness in the world of chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida campus, where I obtained my doctorate degree in March of 2024. During my time at Palmer, my love for the chiropractic profession deepened immensely, as I delved into every intricate detail about the human body and its functions. It was during this transformative period that my belief in optimizing health by addressing the root cause, focusing on spinal alignment and nervous system function to unlock the body's full potential was solidified.

Trained in various chiropractic techniques, including: AISTM, Sacro-Occipital Technique, Palmer Package (Diversified, Gonstead, Toggle Recoil and Thompson Techniques), Activator Methods, Motion Palpation, Manual Therapy andFlexion/ Distraction, with this experience and training I have been able to offer compassionate and expert care to patients of all ages. Outside of the office, I find joy in various activities, such as riding my bike, kayaking, and fishing. I cherish moments spent with my significant other, friends and specially my family, whether it's trying out new places to have a good bite (always open to suggestions) or chasing sunsets! These experiences fuel my passion for life and wellness, enriching my journey as a chiropractor.

Dr. Michelle Colón, D.C. | Associate Doctor

Hola! I’m Dr. Michelle Colón. I was born and raised in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. I received my Bachelor in Biology Human Approach from the University of Puerto Rico of Bayamón. After, I decided to move to Georgia to pursue my studies at Life University and become a chiropractor. I’ve always been passionate about kids and focused my elective studies
on pediatrics, pregnancy and family care. During my chiropractic program met my now husband Michael and have two beautiful children. I graduated Cum Laude in December of 2020 and moved to Steamboat Springs, CO to start practicing. Since then, I’ve made it my goal to
empower the community through chiropractic care and helping others express the best version of themselves. I look forward to continuing to grow into the community and guiding those in their journey to live life at 100%.
Outside of the office I love to spend time with my family whether is at the beach, pool or just chilling at the house. I’m committed to living a healthy lifestyle, being outdoors, going to local farmer’s markets, and when I want some me time I love to go do my nails.

How We Help Our Patients:

Many people believe that as long as they’re not sick, they’re healthy. However, for many of us, “not sick” is still a long way from 100% well. At the Westchase 100% Chiropractic in Tampa Bay, we believe in living at 100%. That means being proactive about your health, not only by eliminating symptoms but by preventing them from surfacing.

Your local chiropractor brings the Westchase and surrounding Tampa FL residents one of many resources you can use to help you achieve optimum health. In addition to proper nutrition, exercise, socializing and spending time in nature, routine visits to your Tampa family chiropractor office enhance your health. These regular visits are as essential as brushing your teeth: they’re part of the healthy habits that make up your healthy lifestyle.

However, sometimes symptoms strike despite our best efforts at healthy living. Accidents, stress, and more can contribute to a variety of issues that can be eased with chiropractic care, including:

  • Back and neck pain
  • Hip, knee, and ankle pain
  • Migraines and other headaches
  • Insomnia
  • Prenatal discomfort
  • Asthma and allergies
  • Weakened immune system

We approach these concerns individually for each patient by offering a variety of specific services:

  • Corrective Care: By restoring the spine’s natural curves, we give your body the opportunity to function at its highest level: 100%.
  • Prenatal and Pediatric Care: Expectant mothers and new babies have specific needs. Mothers must address the new demands on and changes to their spines and nervous systems as they carry a growing human! A baby’s spine undergoes extreme stress during birth; correcting those subluxations immediately prevents them from turning into long-lasting imbalances.
  • X-Ray: Through these images, we can monitor your progress and adapt your treatment plan according to your needs.
  • Massage Therapy: Chiropractic and massage are not the same thing, but they do work together. Massage relaxes the muscles and improves circulation, both of which are essential if you want your body to be at 100%.

Why 100% Chiropractic?

Simple: we’re committed to your 100%. That means 100% healing and 100% satisfaction when you visit our Tampa Bay office in the Westchase suburb. We’re here to choose it with you by becoming your partner in wellness. Our treatment plans are designed with you-in mind. Each human body is wonderfully complex and unique, which means there’s no one treatment plan that will work for everyone. Your plan is carefully designed after a thorough analysis, and we’re committed to helping you learn more about your spine, your nervous system, and your entire body so you feel empowered to make the choices that contribute to a 100% life.
