Background:
Dr. Jean Carlos Cruz Gonzalez, affectionately known as Dr. JC, was born and raised in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. He completed his pre-medical studies and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Dr. JC pursued his Doctorate at Life University in Marietta, GA, where he developed a passion for various aspects of health, including nutrition, vestibular rehabilitation, functional neurology, injury management, and diverse chiropractic techniques. His goal has always been to help as many patients as possible to stay healthy and pain-free.
Professional Journey:
Dr. JC completed his internship in Washington, DC, and after graduation, he and his wife established two successful chiropractic clinics in the DMV area. Their efforts significantly benefited the community. Later, they relocated to South Florida, where Dr. JC treated thousands of patients who had suffered from auto accidents and falls. Recently, to be closer to his extended family, Dr. JC moved to Central Florida, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a strong desire to contribute to the local community through corrective chiropractic care.
Approach and Philosophy:
Dr. JC’s approach to chiropractic care is holistic and patient-centered. He believes in addressing the root causes of health issues rather than just alleviating symptoms. His philosophy is grounded in the belief that optimal health is achieved through a balance of physical, nutritional, and neurological well-being. Dr. JC utilizes a variety of techniques including diversified/full spine adjustments, instrument-assisted adjustments, and the Thompson technique to tailor care plans to each patient’s unique needs.
What He Enjoys Most About His Work:
Dr. JC finds immense joy in seeing his patients’ health and quality of life improve through chiropractic care. He is passionate about educating his patients on the benefits of chiropractic and empowering them to take an active role in their health journey. Witnessing the positive transformations in his patients’ lives is what drives him to continually enhance his skills and knowledge.
Community Involvement:
Outside of the office, Dr. JC is dedicated to community service. He seizes every opportunity to educate the community on the benefits of chiropractic care and participates in various health and wellness events. He believes that spreading awareness about preventative care can lead to a healthier, more informed community.
Personal Life:
In his free time, Dr. JC enjoys spending quality time with his wife, daughter, and their beloved dog. Family time is precious to him, and he cherishes every moment spent with them.

Dr. Jason Avola is a board-certified Chiropractic Physician proudly serving the wonderful communities of Orlando, FL. A true Floridian, Dr. Jason was born and raised in Naples, FL, and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida. His time at UCF was marked by his outgoing, optimistic, and compassionate nature. He actively participated in various organizations and had the honor of directing the Spirit Splash Homecoming Tradition in 2012. Go Knights!Dr. Jason pursued his Doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL, graduating with honors. During his studies, he was selected as a Clinical Teaching Assistant, helping peers refine and perfect their skills. With a strong background in sports, exercise, and rehabilitation, he is committed to providing quality care and effective treatments for numerous health conditions. Dr. Jason is an outstanding practitioner who is dedicated to resolving patients' pain and helping them achieve a new sense of freedom in their health.
As a respected community leader, Dr. Jason has led and participated in several health and wellness events. In addition, he has volunteered for a number of park and marine life cleanups. He continually attends educational seminars to stay current with the most effective treatments. In his free time, Dr. Avola enjoys exploring new places, fishing, and relaxing at the beach with his beautiful wife, family, and 6-year-old Labrador.
