Welcome to our 100% Chiropractic office servicing Louisville & Superior, Colorado. Unlike most health providers, whose aim is to treat symptoms and get you to where you were just before you needed help, the direction of our chiropractic care is to address the underlying issue(s), so your brain and body can adapt to the demands of life, allowing you to function at your best.
Our Louisville chiropractors focus on correcting the structure of the spine. Think of your spine as the foundation for a building. If the foundation is off, you expect the floors to creak, the walls to crack, and for the windows and doors to open or close with less ease.
You can spend time patching the damage, but you would be doing so with the expectation that soon after, the problems will need to be repaired again and again. Rather than constantly repairing damage by treating patients only when they feel pain or discomfort, we focus on fixing the underlying shifts in your body’s foundation and help you reach normal structure. While no one is structurally perfect, there is a normal healthy range. In the same way, we can understand when someone has a fever because we know what an ideal normal temperature is, or what constitutes high blood pressure because we are aware of the ideal normal range. There is an established “normal” everywhere we look, including gauges and warning indicators on the dashboard of your car; all letting you know when things are abnormal.
The Chiropractors at 100% Chiropractic are looking for significant Primary Shifts of the spine away from normal. If the head and neck shifts, it will cause the shoulders to twist, and the hips to shift, forcing the entire spine out of alignment. These Primary Shifts cause the muscles to spasm and the ligaments to deform which then disrupts the nerves traveling from the brain through the spinal cord and spinal nerves which lead to every part of your body. In other words, the main communication system that connects your brain to your body can be obstructed. This nerve obstruction placed on your spinal cord and/or spinal nerves is called Subluxation. It’s the combination of these Primary Shifts and Subluxation that cause Secondary Conditions, also known as Symptoms. Our goal is always to restore the structural integrity of the spine.
How We Help Our Patients
One of the many things we love about Colorado is its far-reaching commitment to wellness. People take advantage of the beautiful weather and the mountain playground to have fun, connect with family and friends, and stay healthy. Coloradans know what it means to live 100%.
Life is best when it’s lived at 100%, and we do our best to help you find your optimum health so you can take advantage of everything life has to offer.
At 100% Chiropractic, our staff is committed to you and your health. The health of the entire body begins in the spine, and regular chiropractic care and therapy helps keep you aligned and at your best. Here are just a few of the reasons our patients come to see us in addition to routine wellness visits:
- Back pain
- Leg Pain
- Hip Pain
- Neck pain
- Joint pain & inflammation
- Herniated Discs
- Sciatica Pain Treatment
- Headaches and migraines
- Weakened immunity
- Sleep disturbances
- Sports injuries
- Prenatal discomfort
- Accident recovery
Even the healthiest individual has set-backs. Whether it’s an accident or allergies, little irritations can take us further away from the 100% we desire for our lives. No matter what symptoms are impacting your health, we offer specific chiropractic services to best suit your individual needs:
- Pediatric Chiropractic Care: Babies need adjustments, too! Birth is very strenuous on the spine and nervous system of the baby as well as the mother, and by correcting the subluxations as soon as possible, you help the child prevent future imbalances and any issues that may result from those imbalances.
- Prenatal Chiropractic Care: Your chiropractor in Superior is skilled at adjusting various populations, including expectant mothers. Regular care can help relieve some of the discomfort associated with pregnancy and help you prepare for a healthy labor and delivery.
- Massage Therapy: Massage, paired with chiropractic services is another wonderful treatment designed to help you live at 100%! Massage therapy works well with chiropractic care: when the muscles are relaxed, the entire system is easier to adjust and more responsive to those adjustments.
Our focus is on corrective care and therapy for people of all ages. We want to relieve your symptoms so you can live more comfortably, and then we want to help you maintain and improve upon that new standard of wellness. Using chiropractic x-rays to monitor your progress, we work to restore the healthy, natural curves in your spine, adjustment by gentle adjustment.
Why 100% Chiropractic?

Abby – Chiropractic Assistant
Abby lived in Germany for 6 years where her love for the outdoors grew, but she is originally a Nebraska native. She made her way to Colorado in August 2019 knowing the mountains were where she belonged.
With a degree in Sports & Fitness Management, staying active and healthy has always been a high priority for her. Between hiking, snowboarding, and lifting weights, she began to have some back pain that was slowly increasing… until she met a fellow weight lifter who was also a chiropractor. Since then, her passion for alternative medicine manifested. She was able to find a great balance for her mind, body, and soul through routine chiropractic care, yoga, and meditation.
Besides frolicking in the mountains with her pup, Laya, you can also find Abby writing poetry, reading non-fiction, playing on her guitar, and plotting her next adventure!
Penayo – Chiropractic Assistant
Hello! My name is Maria Penayo. I’m from Buenos, Aires, Argentina and have been living in MD for the past 20 years. I’ve recently moved to CO to be closer to the mountains and to pursue a career in natural healing. I was diagnosed with Lupus, Fibromyalgia, and Peripheral Neuropathy when I was 23 years old. During my treatment, I worked one-on-one with a nutritionist as well as an amazing chiropractor who has helped me regain strength and mobility back into my body. Ever since then I have become passionate about natural healing and the human body. Seeing what chiropractic care did for me has inspired me to want to do the same for others, and that is what led me to move out here and to join the team at 100% Chiropractic.
I have an educational background in business and photography and absolutely LOVE working with people. During my free time, you can almost always find me somewhere outdoors with either a book or camera in hand. I very much enjoy reading, drawing, writing, painting… and basically anything else that allows me to get creative with my hands. I have a 5 yr old cat named Luna who looks JUST like a little mini panther. I also love to cook and am constantly on the hunt for new, paleo-friendly recipes. Stretching and meditation are a daily practice for me, and living an overall holistic lifestyle is my priority.
I look forward to working with you and in helping you reach all your health goals!
Karen – Chiropractic Assistant
Hello! My name is Karen and I was born in California and raised in Florida. Having grown up in the Sunshine State, I’ve spent most of my time at the beach practicing yoga, running in the morning, and catching the waves (or what little waves we do have)! I found with chiropractic care and yoga that I have been able to achieve a great balance within. This caused me to make a testimony to myself to live a happier, healthier lifestyle that I promote and encourage others whenever I can. I’ve recently started my journey as a medical assistant and hope to one day be working in the trauma unit. When I’m not buried in books you can find me painting, cooking, reading, or exploring the world.
Savannah – Massage Therapist
Hello! My name is Savannah Butcher. I was raised in a small beautiful town Glenwood Springs, CO. My mother has diagnosed with stage four cancer when I was 18 years old. During her treatment, the nurses and doctors recommended massage therapy. After seeing how much massage helped her I knew I wanted to become a licensed massage therapist so I ventured to Grand Junction, CO where I received 750+ hrs of hands-on training.
I have many modalities I incorporate into my sessions like Swedish, Deep tissue, Neuromuscular, Cupping, Sports Massage, and Reiki. Every session is different and is based on the clients’ needs/wants. One goal always remains the same and that is to provide my clients with a rejuvenating and healing massage.
If I’m not doing what I love in the office I’m outside sauntering around the mountains, pointing my camera at the next eye-catching thing, putting a paintbrush to paper, dancing around at a concert, cuddling up next to my cat, experimenting in the kitchen, reading a book on my porch, or practicing a new yoga pose.
I am so excited to be your massage therapist and putting you one step closer to living a happier healthier lifestyle!
