Dr. Bryan Christoffer, D.C.

Chiropractor Chattanooga

Philosophy:
Dr. Bryan believes in a natural approach to maintaining happiness, wellness, vitality, and peak performance through regular chiropractic adjustments, optimum nutrition, daily exercise, supplementation, and eliminating toxins and stress. His philosophy when treating patients is that proper structure will equate to proper function. When the bones and joints are misaligned, it creates added stress on the body via an abnormal feedback loop to the brain that is often hard to overcome. This, in-turn, creates added stress on the muscles, tendons, and ligaments that are attached. By removing the misalignments, there is less nerve interference, and the body is able to heal itself. When your body’s structure is sound, your function will be optimal thus reducing injury, pain and ultimately… disease.

Other than providing Chattanooga chiropractic care, Dr. Bryan loves playing soccer and spending time on the lake! You may even see Dr. Bryan at the local soccer park 1-2 nights a week or hanging out with his dog, Atlas! Atlas is our therapy dog at 100% Chattanooga. He also enjoys learning new things, reading books, talking about sports and riding his motorcycle!

Dr. Greg is a native of Salisbury, North Carolina which is a small town north of Charlotte. While at Campbell, he earned his bachelor in Exercise Science with a minor in Biology. His interest in exercise physiology and human anatomy lead him down the path of healthcare and eventually to Chiropractic. After Dr. Greg hung up his baseball cleats for good, he headed to Atlanta, Georgia where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University and graduated top of his class.

Dr. Greg loves all things sports, outdoors and spending time with his dog Truly. He spends every free minute he can outside whether it’s at the lake boating and swimming, going for runs or hikes or heading up to the mountains to go camping. Dr. Greg also loves to travel as he has taken several cross country road trips. If the weather doesn’t allow him to be outside, you can find him indoors watching sports or reading a good book.

Dr. Jasmine Fahrnbauer, D.C.

Chiropractor ChattanoogaDr. Jasmine is a native of Canton, Georgia, which is a small town north of Atlanta where she grew up on a farm with goats, chickens and a pet pig named Hammy. She comes from a large family where her parents instilled in her the importance of healthy eating and exercise at a young age. She grew up eating out of her dad’s garden, adventuring outside with her siblings, and playing a multitude of sports. Her passion for being active continued as she pursued her undergraduate degree in exercise science with a concentration in nutrition at Troy University. During her time at Troy, she received a full athletic scholarship and played division 1 soccer for four years. She was mentored by a few chiropractors during her time at Troy and quickly changed career paths. She understood that chiropractic was so much more than pain relief, it was a philosophy of health and understanding the innate intelligence of the human body. She is passionate about empowering others to take control of their health and know they are fearfully and wonderfully made. Her passion for chiropractic and studying the human body led her back to Atlanta for four years to attend Life University where she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic. Soon after graduation, her adventurous spirit took her out west to Colorado where she enjoyed skiing, snowboarding, and hiking 14ers all while helping patients achieve their health goals through chiropractic care. Although she misses her patients in Castle rock, Colorado and the Rocky Mountains, she is thrilled to be back in the south closer to her family and her fiancé Dr. Greg. She is beyond excited to love and care for the wonderful community of Chattanooga.

How We Help Our Patients:
Patients are often surprised at the number of ways that our team at 100% Chiropractic in Chattanooga can assist them in feeling better and living better. Using the latest treatment methods along with keeping up-to-date on new techniques, we make a personal investment in helping you to live “100%”. We are available to do so much more than just help alleviate back and neck pain, although that is a big part of what we do. Did you know that chiropractic adjustments have been shown to improve the symptoms of many annoying conditions that keep you from experiencing the fully active life that you deserve? Regular chiropractic care addresses interferences in your nervous system that can be the cause of a myriad of issues, including:

  • Neck, joint, and back pain
  • Digestive problems
  • Headaches
  • Sleep disturbances
  • Blood pressure irregularities
  • Immune system deficiencies
  • Asthma
  • Allergies
  • Balance disorders/Vertigo
  • Energy imbalances

While illness, sports injuries, and accident-related injuries lead many patients to seek chiropractic relief from our office in Chattanooga, these same patients are inclined to continue with routine treatment. After seeing the many benefits that come from a genuinely whole-body approach to health and well-being, the previously skeptical person often become a 100% enthusiast! These individuals find that they are also noticing a vast improvement in their overall function!

The services that we offer at our chiropractic clinic located in Chattanooga caters to the specific, individualized needs of our patients, making us the premier source for Chattanooga chiropractic care.

Prenatal and Pediatric Care: Prenatal chiropractic care can help soon-to-be Moms have a more comfortable pregnancy and help her prepare her body for the difficulties of childbirth. Also, we can employ a gentle technique to address common misalignments found in infants, toddlers, and young children.

Personal Injury (Auto Accident): Treating patients after they have experienced a physical trauma requires a particular kind of care. Time is of the essence as soft tissue damage in and around your spine, if allowed to heal out of line, can cause chronic ongoing issues. Having the less obvious of spinal injuries assessed soon after an accident is vital. Acute soft tissue injuries often get overlooked without the attention of a chiropractor. We have been uniquely trained to look for these subtle and potentially dangerous misalignments.

Corrective or Reconstructive Care: Many spinal misalignments do not arise from a traumatic injury or accidents. They tend to happen over time! Throughout our lives, certain habits – such as posture, heavy lifting, and even workouts can cause recurring issues within your spine therefore your entire nervous system. We use corrective care to help bring back the natural curvatures and alignment of your spine and return order to your nervous system. With a combination of adjustments, exercises, and massage therapy patients often experience improvements in sleep quality, energy, mood, and more!

Geriatric (Elderly) Care: We have the belief that every human should live a healthy life up to their last day on this planet! There are so many people in their 80’s and 90’s out there running marathons, still mowing their grass every week, or playing tag with their great-grandkids! It is no coincidence that their spines are in great shape! However, as the stresses of chronic (long-term) spinal misalignments compound over time – having gone unchecked by a chiropractor for decades – some of us aren’t able to experience life as we know we should! We can find that activities as simple as picking up a toddler or walking to the mailbox can be a difficult task. Through gentle, low-force techniques used to realign the spine, we improve the quality of life of these individuals so they can “thrive” through their golden years rather than simply “survive!”

Why 100% Chiropractic?
At our 100% Chiropractic center we can provide treatment to all family members regardless of age or stage of life. A significant portion of our patients and their families engage in regular wellness care. We believe that our individualized approach to wellness care, aimed at maintaining a healthy nervous system through a combination of adjustments, exercises, massage, supplements, and informative workshops offers our patients a pathway to optimal living! Other patients may only seek our help after they have had an accident or suffered from chronic pain for some time. In either case, the team will perform a thorough discovery assessment on all newcomers with the intention of developing and delivering individualized treatment plans.

If you would like to learn more about this whole-body approach to well-being and living your life to 100%, please stop by to visit our team at 100% Chiropractic Chattanooga right off I-75 on E Brainerd Road towards the mall! We love serving the Chattanooga Community and can’t wait to meet you and your family!

Courtney | Co-Owner

Courtney Courtney is the office manager at 100% Chiropractic. She is the one who makes sure everything continues to run smoothly so that Dr. Bryan can focus on patients! She is an incredibly loving person and just wants everyone to be able to live life at 100%!

It hasn’t always been rainbows and butterflies, though. Courtney underwent a spinal fusion in 2008 for scoliosis in middle school at the young age of 13. The years following that dreadful day were a struggle as an internal fight began in her body. She watched her body fail her over and over again. This spinal fusion, her first of two back surgeries, caused her body more harm than good. The compounding symptoms that followed her surgery baffled the doctors. During the four years after her surgery, she focused on overcoming her intensifying ailments. She was determined to heal so she could live out her full potential. She spent a large amount of time in doctors’ offices, and therefore, became fascinated with curing sickness and providing hope to others through various treatments. She tried many unconventional treatments throughout those four years. Most failed, but she became incredibly familiar with treatments, medical devices, drugs, and how to get people well. It was around that time that she started chiropractic care, which gave her a new-found relief from the intense pain she suffered every day! Courtney

Although the symptoms improved, they didn’t all disappear. That led her to develop a theory; she believed she had an allergy to metal that was put into her spine. That explained all the remaining symptoms such as pain, fatigue, and inflammation. She then convinced an orthopedic doctor to take her metal rods out. Six months passed, her was hardware removed, and her body finally allowed her to heal fully. During this time chiropractic care allowed her to heal faster and stronger to a level of health that she has not been to since that first unnecessary surgery back in 2008!

Throughout the difficult times in her teenage life, she wanted to care for others just as others cared for her. Service, being a very essential focus in her life, was vital for her healing as that was the primary motivation that pushed her through it all! Courtney also has a focus on empowering patients to be their own advocates for their own health.

Before moving to Chattanooga, Courtney was the office manager of 100% Chiropractic Marietta. She loves working in a chiropractic office and couldn’t picture herself in any other role. If Courtney is not in the office, she loves volunteering as at church, non-profits, and elder homes. She also loves hiking, drinking mimosas on the weekends, and shopping in downtown Chattanooga! You may even find her at a coffee shop hyped up on entirely too much caffeine. Although Courtney is originally a Georgia peach, she plans on making Tennessee her permanent home. Living life at 100% is her goal for anyone and everyone who walks in the doors of 100% Chiropractic Chattanooga. Nooga Nooga!

Her family is from South Africa and she enjoys traveling the world visiting friends and family. She has a background in public relations from Berry College and loves helping people. She enjoys immersing herself in other cultures and seeing the beauty of the world. From working out to eating right, living life at 100% is her passion. You may see her running around Chattanooga training for marathons or paddle boarding downtown with her dog, Willow. She is very excited to serve and help the community live life to the fullest!

Elyssa | New Patient Advocate, Chiropractic Assistant Trainer

Chattanooga Chiropractic near meShe was raised just North outside Atlanta Georgia and she is very proud to say that Chattanooga is now her home. She grew up in a large family with five brothers and three sisters and now has nine nieces and nephews. In her family if you didn’t play a sport growing up, you were kind of the oddball of the bunch. Staying active in sports as well as exercising has always been a huge part of her life. She loves being outside and in nature. Hiking mountains and enjoying the view from the top is one of her favorite activities.
In 2013, she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Lupus. Due to having many flare-ups, she was put on endless amounts of medication and had to do chemo treatments for about 9 months. Once she was done with chemo, she asked her doctors if she would ever be able to come off her medications and they told her she would have to take them probably for the rest of her life. Not something you want to hear at age 15 when the medications and flare-ups affect every area of your life. She believes medications put band-aids on things, but it never truly fixes the problem.
So, in 2017 she started to take control of my health. She started eating better, exercising, as well as getting adjusted–and over time her body started to heal itself. She was not so dependent on the medications, so she lowered the dosages until she was completely off all of them. She hasn’t taken a single pill since then and no flare-ups! To be able to live a life medication-free was something she didn’t think was attainable.
Flash forward three years and she can live a life that she desires with no health issues to hold me back. She is very involved in cross fit in the Chattanooga community. As she travels to train other chiropractic assistants across the country, you may find her in a cross fit gym in that city, too. She is excited to serve the Chattanooga community by creating incredible new patient experiences and educating the community on chiropractic care.

Katelyn | Chiropractic Assistant, Patient Retention Advocate

chattanooga massage therapistKatelyn, also goes by Kate, grew up in Chattanooga but moved to Alabama to attend Auburn University. War Eagle! She loves helping patients live life to their fullest potential. If she’s not at the office, you can find her hiking with her dog, reading in the park or camped out on the couch watching a Braves game.
Growing up, her entire life revolved around softball. She started playing when she was just 5 years old. When she was about 16, she started suffering from severe migraines, swelling in my right arm and fainting spells every time she would throw a ball. After months of seeing different doctors and trying out medications that didn’t seem to be making a difference, she started looking for relief anywhere she could. Her neighbor at the time was a Chiropractor, so she called him to explain what was going on and he told her he was confident he could help. Through corrective care, supplements and changing her lifestyle, her symptoms started to decrease almost immediately and she was migraine free after just 4 weeks. It allowed her to get back to my normal life and continue to play the game she loves.
All thanks to her continued positive experiences with chiropractic care, she is committed to help patients thrive. She is beyond thankful to learn from our awesome CA’s, massage therapists and doctors.

Addison | Massage Therapist

chattanooga massage therapistHi there! My name is Addison, and I was born and raised in Bremen, GA, just west of Atlanta. After attending college in Rome, GA, I decided to relocate to Chattanooga in 2017 for the Massage Therapy program at Miller-Motte Technical College. I graduated from MMTC in 2018, and have been practicing as an LMT since that time. In my off time, I enjoy hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Since starting my career, I have worked alongside chiropractors and have seen an entirely different approach to healthcare. Holistic medicine is a growing passion of mine, and I enjoy continuing to learn more about the healthier ways you can heal your body without the use of harmful chemicals.

Being an LMT gives me the great opportunity to do what I love most, which is helping people! I have been giving massages long before I ever considered massage as a career, and I couldn’t imagine doing anything different. I look forward to seeing you around!

Rebecca | Massage Therapist

chattanooga massage therapistHello! My name is Becky and I am so happy to call Chattanooga home. I’m originally from a small town in Northern California called Placerville and since then have traveled and moved around for several years. Once I wanted to settle down, Chattanooga seemed like the perfect place. I love the mountains, waterways, hiking trails, and the endless camping spots… oh, and the fireflies!

I Just as it took me a while to find my home, it took me a while to find my career. I graduated from CSU Monterey Bay with a degree in Environmental Studies but after all of the hard work, I wasn’t really interested in the jobs available. While I do love the environment and protecting it, my true passion in life is health. I’m obsessed with learning about supplements, working out, nutrition, and finding new ways to optimize my life.

Massage has had a huge impact on me and has helped both mentally (anxiety) and physically (scoliosis and back pain) and I knew that I wanted to provide that kind of relief and care to others. I am so happy to be a massage therapist and I can’t wait to see you!
