Dr. Bryan Christoffer
Dr. Bryan believes in a natural approach to maintaining happiness, wellness, vitality, and peak performance through regular chiropractic adjustments, optimum nutrition, daily exercise, supplementation, and eliminating toxins and stress. His philosophy when treating patients is that proper structure will equate to proper function. When the bones and joints are misaligned, it creates added stress on the body via an abnormal feedback loop to the brain that is often hard to overcome. This, in-turn, creates added stress on the muscles, tendons, and ligaments that are attached. By removing the misalignments, there is less nerve interference, and the body is able to heal itself. When your body’s structure is sound, your function will be optimal thus reducing injury, pain, and ultimately… disease.
Other than providing Chattanooga chiropractic care, Dr. Bryan’s biggest passion is soccer and loving on animals! You may even see Dr. Bryan playing soccer around the local community 1-2 nights a week or hanging out with his dog, Piper at a local dog park! He also enjoys learning new things, reading books, talking sports, and riding his motorcycle!

How We Help Our Patients:
Patients are often surprised at the number of ways that our team at 100% Chiropractic in Chattanooga can assist them in feeling better and living better. Using the latest treatment methods along with keeping up-to-date on new techniques, we make a personal investment in helping you to live “100%”. We are available to do so much more than just help alleviate back and neck pain, although that is a big part of what we do. Did you know that chiropractic adjustments have been shown to improve the symptoms of many annoying conditions that keep you from experiencing the fully active life that you deserve? Regular chiropractic care addresses interferences in your nervous system that can be the cause of a myriad of issues, including:
- Neck, joint, and back pain
- Digestive problems
- Sleep disturbances
- Blood pressure irregularities
- Immune system deficiencies
- Balance disorders/Vertigo
- Energy imbalances
While illness, sports injuries, and accident-related injuries lead many patients to seek chiropractic relief from our office in Chattanooga, these same patients are inclined to continue with routine treatment. After seeing the many benefits that come from a genuinely whole-body approach to health and well-being, the previously skeptical person often become a 100% enthusiast! These individuals find that they are also noticing a vast improvement in their overall function!
The services that we offer at our chiropractic clinic located in Chattanooga caters to the specific, individualized needs of our patients, making us the premier source for Chattanooga chiropractic care.
Prenatal and Pediatric Care: Prenatal chiropractic care can help soon-to-be Moms have a more comfortable pregnancy and help her prepare her body for the difficulties of childbirth. Also, we can employ a gentle technique to address common misalignments found in infants, toddlers, and young children.
Personal Injury (Auto Accident): Treating patients after they have experienced a physical trauma requires a particular kind of care. Time is of the essence as soft tissue damage in and around your spine, if allowed to heal out of line, can cause chronic ongoing issues. Having the less obvious of spinal injuries assessed soon after an accident is vital. Acute soft tissue injuries often get overlooked without the attention of a chiropractor. We have been uniquely trained to look for these subtle and potentially dangerous misalignments.
Corrective or Reconstructive Care: Many spinal misalignments do not arise from a traumatic injury or accidents. They tend to happen over time! Throughout our lives, certain habits – such as posture, heavy lifting, and even workouts can cause recurring issues within your spine therefore your entire nervous system. We use corrective care to help bring back the natural curvatures and alignment of your spine and return order to your nervous system. With a combination of adjustments, exercises, and massage therapy patients often experience improvements in sleep quality, energy, mood, and more!
Geriatric (Elderly) Care: We have the belief that every human should live a healthy life up to their last day on this planet! There are so many people in their 80’s and 90’s out there running marathons, still mowing their grass every week, or playing tag with their great-grandkids! It is no coincidence that their spines are in great shape! However, as the stresses of chronic (long-term) spinal misalignments compound over time – having gone unchecked by a chiropractor for decades – some of us aren’t able to experience life as we know we should! We can find that activities as simple as picking up a toddler or walking to the mailbox can be a difficult task. Through gentle, low-force techniques used to realign the spine, we improve the quality of life of these individuals so they can “thrive” through their golden years rather than simply “survive!”
Why 100% Chiropractic?
At our 100% Chiropractic center we can provide treatment to all family members regardless of age or stage of life. A significant portion of our patients and their families engage in regular wellness care. We believe that our individualized approach to wellness care, aimed at maintaining a healthy nervous system through a combination of adjustments, exercises, massage, supplements, and informative workshops offers our patients a pathway to optimal living! Other patients may only seek our help after they have had an accident or suffered from chronic pain for some time. In either case, the team will perform a thorough discovery assessment on all newcomers with the intention of developing and delivering individualized treatment plans.

Courtney | Office Manager
Courtney is the office manager at 100% Chiropractic. She is the one who makes sure everything continues to run smoothly so that Dr. Bryan can focus on patients! She is an incredibly loving person and just wants everyone to be able to live life at 100%!
It hasn’t always been rainbows and butterflies, though. Courtney underwent a spinal fusion in 2008 for scoliosis in middle school at the young age of 13. The years following that dreadful day were a struggle as an internal fight began in her body. She watched her body fail her over and over again. This spinal fusion, her first of two back surgeries, caused her body more harm than good. The compounding symptoms that followed her surgery baffled the doctors. During the four years after her surgery, she focused on overcoming her intensifying ailments. She was determined to heal so she could live out her full potential. She spent a large amount of time in doctors’ offices, and therefore, became fascinated with curing sickness and providing hope to others through various treatments. She tried many unconventional treatments throughout those four years. Most failed, but she became incredibly familiar with treatments, medical devices, drugs, and how to get people well. It was around that time that she started chiropractic care, which gave her a new-found relief from the intense pain she suffered every day!
Although the symptoms improved, they didn’t all disappear. That led her to develop a theory; she believed she had an allergy to metal that was put into her spine. That explained all the remaining symptoms such as pain, fatigue, and inflammation. She then convinced an orthopedic doctor to take her metal rods out. Six months passed, her was hardware removed, and her body finally allowed her to heal fully. During this time chiropractic care allowed her to heal faster and stronger to a level of health that she has not been to since that first unnecessary surgery back in 2008!
Throughout the difficult times in her teenage life, she wanted to care for others just as others cared for her. Service, being a very essential focus in her life, was vital for her healing as that was the primary motivation that pushed her through it all! Courtney also has a focus on empowering patients to be their own advocates for their own health.
Before moving to Chattanooga, Courtney was the office manager of 100% Chiropractic Marietta. She loves working in a chiropractic office and couldn’t picture herself in any other role. If Courtney is not in the office, she loves volunteering as at church, non-profits, and elder homes. She also loves hiking, drinking mimosas on the weekends, and shopping in downtown Chattanooga! You may even find her at a coffee shop hyped up on entirely too much caffeine. Although Courtney is originally a Georgia peach, she plans on making Tennessee her permanent home. Living life at 100% is her goal for anyone and everyone who walks in the doors of 100% Chiropractic Chattanooga. Nooga Nooga!
Bri | Chiropractic Assistant
I grew up in Cartersville, GA on a farm for most of my life and I’m excited to make Chattanooga my new home. I have a background in public relations from Berry College and I absolutely love helping people. Traveling is a fun hobby of mine. I enjoy immersing myself in other cultures and seeing the beauty of the world. Among visiting all the cool places like Dubai, Dublin, London, Amsterdam, Barcelona, and more—Port Elizabeth, South Africa holds a special place in my heart because I have family there. Quality time is my love language, so spending time with family and friends is very important to me. From working out to eating right, being healthy is also a passion of mine. When my uncle was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2013, it sparked my awareness of the food I was putting in my body and how important proper exercise is. After his diagnosis, I was vegan for 1 year, vegetarian for 4 years and I started my hobby of long-distance running. Now I try to eat as natural and organic as possible, but ice cream is my weakness. After a day of hard work, I enjoy reading, hiking and playing with my dog Willow. I’m very excited to serve and help the community live life to the fullest!
Elyssa | Chiropractic Assistant
I was born and raised just North outside Atlanta Georgia and I am very proud to say that Chattanooga is now where I call home. I grew up in a large family with five brothers and three sisters and now have nine nieces and nephews. If you didn’t play a sport growing up, you were kind of the oddball of the bunch. Staying active in sports as well as exercising has always been a huge part of my life. I love being outside and in nature. Hiking mountains and enjoying the view from the top is one of my favorite activities.
In 2013, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease call Lupus. Due to having many flare-ups, I was pout on endless amounts of medication and had to do chemo treatments for about 9 months. Once I was done with chemo, I asked my doctors if I would ever be able to come off my medications and they told me I would have to take them probably for the rest of my life. Not something you want to hear at age 15 when the medications and flare-ups affect every area of your life. I believe medications put band-aids on things, but it never truly fixes the problem.
So, in 2017 I started to do self-research and take control of my health. I started eating better, exercising, as well as getting adjusted–and over time my body started to heal itself. I was not so dependent on the medications, so I lowered the dosages until I was completely off all of them. I haven’t taken a single pill since then and no flare-ups! To be able to live a life medication-free was something I didn’t think was attainable.
Flash forward three years and I can live a life that I desire with no health issues to hold me back. I have started training for an Ironman Triathlon which I will be competing in this time next year. I am excited to serve and become apart of the Chattanooga community!
Katelyn | Chiropractic Assistant
Hey there! I am Katelyn. I grew up here in Chattanooga but moved to Alabama to attend Auburn University. War Eagle! I am excited to be back home and to start my journey of helping people here at 100%. If I’m not at work, you can find me hiking with my dog, reading in the park or camped out on the couch watching a Braves game.
Growing up, my entire life revolved around softball. I started playing when I was just 5 years old. When I was about 16 I started suffering from severe migraines, swelling in my right arm and fainting spells every time I would throw a ball. After months of seeing different doctors and trying out medications that didn’t seem to be making a difference, I started looking for relief anywhere I could. My neighbor at the time was a Chiropractor, so I called him up to explain what was going on and he told me he was confident he could help. Through corrective care, supplements and changing my lifestyle, my symptoms started to decrease almost immediately and I was migraine free after just 4 weeks. It allowed me to get back to my normal life and continue to play the game I love.
All thanks to my continued positive experiences with chiropractic care, I have decided to continue my education and attend chiropractic school in the next 2 years. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to learn from our awesome CA’s and doctors. I will be here soaking up everything I can before I take my next steps and loving on patients in the meantime.
Addison | Massage Therapist
Hi there! My name is Addison, and I was born and raised in Bremen, GA, just west of Atlanta. After attending college in Rome, GA, I decided to relocate to Chattanooga in 2017 for the Massage Therapy program at Miller-Motte Technical College. I graduated from MMTC in 2018, and have been practicing as an LMT since that time. In my off time, I enjoy hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Since starting my career, I have worked alongside chiropractors and have seen an entirely different approach to healthcare. Holistic medicine is a growing passion of mine, and I enjoy continuing to learn more about the healthier ways you can heal your body without the use of harmful chemicals.
Being an LMT gives me the great opportunity to do what I love most, which is helping people! I have been giving massages long before I ever considered massage as a career, and I couldn’t imagine doing anything different. I look forward to seeing you around!
Rebecca | Massage Therapist
Hello! My name is Becky and I am so happy to call Chattanooga home. I’m originally from a small town in Northern California called Placerville and since then have traveled and moved around for several years. Once I wanted to settle down, Chattanooga seemed like the perfect place. I love the mountains, waterways, hiking trails, and the endless camping spots… oh, and the fireflies!
I Just as it took me a while to find my home, it took me a while to find my career. I graduated from CSU Monterey Bay with a degree in Environmental Studies but after all of the hard work, I wasn’t really interested in the jobs available. While I do love the environment and protecting it, my true passion in life is health. I’m obsessed with learning about supplements, working out, nutrition, and finding new ways to optimize my life.
Massage has had a huge impact on me and has helped both mentally (anxiety) and physically (scoliosis and back pain) and I knew that I wanted to provide that kind of relief and care to others. I am so happy to be a massage therapist and I can’t wait to see you!
