I had grown up playing sports, but never really got into the working out part. It all started the summer I turned 18… I was a lost, skinny kid with no muscle who played a lot of video games. I was about to graduate from high school and had applied to zero colleges. With a little help and influence from my grandmother in Arizona, I applied to Arizona State University and went to visit her for the summer. I was able to check out the campus and get a feel for what university life might be like. Soon after touring the campus, I received my acceptance letter and decided college was my next step. I went to ASU to study biology with a minor in business.

That time staying with my grandmother is what changed it all for me. My uncle was kind enough to let me train with him and his personal trainer two times a week. I couldn’t do more than two pull-ups, and to be honest, they probably didn’t count by my standards today. Week after week, I felt myself getting stronger and the muscle definition started to come through. I was feeling great and seeing the results of training on a regular basis. It was working! From that point on, I was hooked.

When school started, I continued to train by myself. I began learning more about the body, biomechanics, how different exercises work different muscles, supplementation, and most importantly, nutrition. I truly loved learning about it all and how it paid off in my life. Girls were noticing me more and guys were asking me for tips. I was more confident with myself, happier, and healthier.

Fast forward thirteen years later: I am a certified personal trainer and have successfully helped thousands of people reach their goals. I greatly enjoy what I do because there is no better feeling than seeing clients succeed. I have been in your shoes and want to help you get where you want to be, both physically and mentally.  Let me help you be the best version of yourself and maintain that for years to come.
