Sarah’s passion for fitness started as a child, growing up in the world of dance and gymnastics. However, it wasn’t until she discovered strength training as an adult that she noticed the powerful effect that weight training had on her body and mind. In 2017, Sarah made the decision to walk away from her corporate life to pursue the thing she loves the most: fitness.
As both an athlete and a coach, Sarah is in constant pursuit of the most effective and methods for achieving performance and aesthetic goals. Sarah fills her passion for mentoring and teaching others by coaching multiple disciplines around strength, conditioning & body composition to clients online and in person. She has experience competing in Crossfit, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and bodybuilding. She is a Crossfit Level 2 trainer, a WBFF Pro, and holds an MBA from Cornell University. In the years to come, Sarah wishes for continued growth in the world of fitness and to expose even more people to the amazing aspects of feeling great every day!
