Courtney is a Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach from Kansas City, Missouri. She’s extremely passionate about helping others live a healthier, happier lifestyle. As a former athlete, she has a natural love for exercise and body movement and has continued her studies in the Health and Fitness industry. Courtney received an ACE certification for Personal Training with a focus on strength & resistance in 2016 before moving to Atlanta, GA to fulfill her passion and start her fitness brand.
Specializing in Weight Loss and Strength Training, Courtney has created an effective online and in-person training program to help you reach your fitness goals and get into the best shape of your life! She believes in transforming you from the inside out and developing both mental and physical strength as they go hand in hand. Her program includes a structured workout regimen, nutritional guidance, and more! Courtney’s mission is to help you develop into your BEST self, reach your fitness goals, and surpass them!

- Includes an Intense 1 Hour Training Session with a small group (up to 4) that will focus on exercises that burn body fat and build lean muscle. Basic Weight Loss nutrition guide is included with sessions
VIRTUAL SEMI-PRIVATE
- Working out with a group is so much more motivating than doing it alone! Virtual sessions are held through ZOOM and include intense full body workouts that are meant to burn fat while building strength and endurance. Program includes Nutritional Guidance and an Accountability Group filled with women working towards their goals with you!
PRIVATE
- Client will go through in Intense Training session that targets specific muscle groups that the client wants to work on. Sessions are customized and differentiate each week to keep the body progressing and create new results.
VIRTUAL PRIVATE
- Private customized session hosted through ZOOM that’s designed to target all specific fitness goals you have!
