Dr. Charly has a tremendous passion for holistic health as she believes the body is a self-organizing, self-regulating and self-healing organism. She was raised to approach from a natural perspective, so the decision to pursue her Doctorate of Chiropractic was an easy decision once she learned the infinite, amazing benefits of Chiropractic care.

Dr. Charly is a California native as she grew up in Temecula while spending most of her free time in San Diego. She was a collegiate softball player at UC San Diego for two years where she and her team won a Division II National Championship. She finished the last 2 years of her Bachelor’s degree playing softball at the University of San Diego, so she loves all things San Diego and sports!

While in Chiropractic school, Dr. Charly birthed her 2 daughters at home naturally receiving Chiropractic care all throughout her pregnancies. Dr. Charly’s daughters, Luna Ray & Kaiya were each adjusted within 24 hours of being born. Experiencing firsthand the benefits of chiropractic care, especially for mamas and kiddos, a passion was sparked in Dr. Charly to pursue extra training in Perinatal & Pediatric Chiropractic. She has since trained extensively in Webster Technique and Pediatric adjusting.
