I had never been in that type of pain before and never had such quick relief either. I did my full treatment plan and I am more than the 100% I ever was before!

Honestly one of the best chiropractors in Spokane and I've been to a bunch. Super easy to get in (after first visit you can walk in most days). Also max is an amazing chiro felt like he realigned my soul 😂. Front desk staff is always super nice and helpful just all around 5 star experience!

I admit I was a bit skeptical about just how effective a chiropractor could be, especially since I had a sketchy experience elsewhere when I was young. However, now I’m a big time believer and fan of the healing powers of chiropractic medicine if you can find the right doctor. Dr. Max Rock at 100% Chiropractic IS that doctor! I was literally scheduled for an invasive surgery dealing with premenopausal issues that I got to cancel, today, after a couple of months being treated at 100% Chiropractic. Dr. Max is very realistic and doesn’t over exaggerate what he can do— if anything he undersells himself. He’s a literal miracle worker. My constant migraines are now pretty much nonexistent because of his help. And in the rare case I get one again, I go in and get adjusted, and soon after my headache is gone. Other positives are my posture has improved dramatically and my chronic back pain is gone. Going to Dr. Max has changed my life in a really good way. I’m far healthier and happier for it! Big bonus is that the whole team is so kind and easy to talk to- with the great conversations and laughs being icing on the cake with the major improvements they’ve helped to make for my health. Can’t recommend it enough!

Honestly such a different expirence here than other offices. They have a extremely nice office, caring staff, and truly care about you! They follow up, do walk ins, have a texting line, and cater to your needs like no other office. Everything has been simple and straightforward. The chiropractor is not only good at his job but educational! Most chiropractors chase pops but this one chases correction and healing. I am 8 months pregnant and he has helped my sciata so much I wish I would have found them sooner! Seriously, best chiropractor in town. It's not even worth calling around. Just go here. 10/10 highly recommended!

Doctor Highlights

About Dr. Max Rock, D.C.

Dr. Rock was raised in Gilbert, Arizona. Throughout his life, he has found joy in delving into his many hobbies: golf, winter sports, water sports, wrestling, football, swim and dive, lifeguarding, working with horses, skydiving, and riding quads. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Associate Degrees in Mathematics, Biology, and Spanish from Northern Arizona University. After graduating, he traveled Central and South America, working various jobs, including guiding horse tours in Costa Rica. Dr. Rock then worked as a project engineer for a construction company building in Spokane, WA. While working construction, Dr. Rock grew more passionate about workers' well-being than the projects themselves. Shortly after, he decided to pursue his passion in helping people live happier and healthier lives through chiropractic.

Dr. Rock earned his Doctor of Chiropractic as well as his Masters in Sports Health Science from Life University College of Chiropractic graduating Magna Cum Laude. While in school, he worked with athletes from Life University and Kennesaw State University, helping them maintain health and recover from injury. After graduation, Dr. Rock attended Animal Chiropractic School to receive his animal chiropractic certification from the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association giving him the tools to provide chiropractic care for large and small animals. He worked for two years at 100% Chiropractic Tallahassee before returning to Spokane, WA to open up his own practice in a place he loves. Dr. Rock is committed to making a positive impact on the community and helping facilitate healthy lifestyle choices so that every individual can comfortably pursue their physical and mental goals, from carrying groceries and reducing stress to reaching peak performance in a desired sport.
