Dr. Thomas Hope, D.C.
Dr. Hope was first adjusted at the age of 10 after a sports injury landed him on the sideline. After a few weeks of chiropractic care, he was back out on the football field playing the sport he enjoyed most. As a young athlete through high school, and into the collegiate arena, chiropractic care helped him perform at the top of his game, recover faster, and stay healthy throughout all seasons. He knew he wanted to pursue a career as a chiropractor in order to help others experience the same result. In 2017, he graduated from Life University in Marietta, Georgia with his doctorate degree in chiropractic and bachelor’s degree in biology. He has dedicated years of his life studying the body and learning how we can function optimally through a healthy nervous system. During his time at Life University, Dr. Hope was involved in several clubs to further craft his technique for adjusting the spine and providing quality care for his patients. He completed a senior internship at a chiropractic office in Georgia specializing in family wellness. This allowed him to be a part of a high-volume practice and provide chiropractic care for every age from infants to adults and athletes. In 2018, he moved to the Pacific Northwest to serve the Puget Sound community. In 2021, he moved to Colorado to serve the mile high community. Outside the office, he enjoys road cycling, skiing, snowboarding, training for his next marathon or ironman competition, dirt bike riding, and mountaineering. It’s his mission to help others attain the physical capabilities to do the same. Dr. Hope looks forward to expanding the health of our community through teaching, empowering and unlocking the natural healing abilities within the body.
Dr.Ryne Ibarra, D.C.
Hi I am Dr. Ryne Ibarra and I am so excited to be able to help you live the best life you can! I was introduced to chiropractic in high school after injuring my ankle playing soccer. Chiropractic helped me get back on the field and finish my final season. That experience lead me in the direction of learning more about how our body works. During undergrad I was able to intern with a chiropractic office where I really learned how the brain controls our entire body through the spinal cord and nerves. That is when I decided that chiropractic care was the best way I would be able to help people. I graduated from the University of Wyoming with a B.S. in Kinesiology and Health Promotion.
After that I moved to California where I received my Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West. I decided to stay in San Francisco and owned my own practice for 2 1/2 years. Missing the Rocky Mountains, I made a decision to close my doors in California and head to Colorado.
Much of my free time now is spent with my dog either hiking, paddle boarding or playing in the snow. I also play in a local dodgeball league and love to travel and explore new places.
Why 100% Chiropractic?
Many people have grown to accept less than 100% of their bodies and their lives. They accept pain as a normal part of aging.
At 100% Chiropractic, we believe differently. We know that your body is always on your side, striving to heal. Just because your body is brilliant at adapting to compensate for injury and imbalance doesn’t mean you should make it compensate and live with the results. Why force your body to operate at less than 100% when more is possible?
We have two missions: first, we want to help you work through and recover from injury, pain, or other symptoms that interfere with your 100% lifestyle; next, we want to help you maintain your progress with routine wellness care.
There are several reasons our patients come for their first visits:
- Headaches and migraines
- Injury and accident recovery
- Back and neck pain
- Joint pain
- Digestive issues
- Prenatal and postnatal concerns
- Postural issues and imbalances
- Asthma and allergies
- Low energy and fatigue
After we work through the most troubling systems, our patients continue with chiropractic care–not because we insist or because we make them feel dependent upon us, but because, if we’ve done our jobs correctly, they have grown to understand that regular chiropractic care is as essential for a healthy lifestyle as exercise and proper nutrition. Here’s how we contribute to your 100% over the long term:
Corrective Care: By restoring and maintaining your spine’s natural curves, your body is able to communicate efficiently with itself. It’s only with clear communication within the nervous system that the body has the potential to achieve its unique 100%.
Sports Chiropractic: Sports chiropractic deals with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of injuries to muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints. Sports chiropractors have extensive training in evaluating muscular-skeletal problems related to sports participation or overuse.
Pediatric Chiropractic Care: The force of birth often causes our first spinal subluxations. By correcting these with gentle adjustments shortly after the baby is born, his or her little spine has the opportunity to grow as intended, unleashing the potential for your child’s optimum health.
Massage Therapy: Massage and chiropractic care go hand-in-hand. Tension and tight muscles can actually cause or hold subluxations. By relaxing the muscles, chiropractic treatment becomes more effective.
Why 100% Chiropractic?
We are dedicated to your long-lasting wellness. For us, it’s not just about making your pain go away. At 100% Chiropractic, we want you continue on a journey to 100% well-being that lasts a lifetime.
Your treatment plan is personalized to suit your unique needs. Chiropractic x-rays help us monitor your progress–and allow you to see the progress you’re already feeling in your body. As your body changes, your treatment plan may change. It’s all part of our commitment to treating you as a unique individual, taking into consideration your lifestyle, physical challenges, and concerns.
