Dr. Ben DiNobile, D.C.
My name is Ben DiNobile. I am a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic in the great state of Colorado, with additional credentials including a Master’s degree in clinically applied nutrition, Nimmo trigger point therapy and sports injury management certifications. I attended The Northeast College of Health Sciences, located in beautiful Seneca Falls, NY near the finger lakes, while also spending my last year of school performing clinical course work in the retroactive and more urban location of Long Island. After completing school in November of 2021, I decided to fulfill my lifelong dream of moving to Colorado to pursue my passion of snowboarding and other mountain sports, as well as explore the beautiful outdoors. I also enjoy working out at the gym regularly, mainly lifting weights, running, circuit training, and doing bodyweight training. I mainly specialize in sports, wellness, and nutritionally based facets of chiropractic care. However, I do possess experience in much more than my desired specializations within the field. Prior to moving to New York to pursue my chiropractic and nutrition education, I spent my whole life growing up in the small state of Rhode Island. From a young age, I took very well to exercise, health, and wellness to help tame my very rambunctious ADHD as a child. As standard pharmaceutical medications did not work very well, I began to realize a more natural approach was the way for me. This sparked a passion for holistic life choices moving forward. I then became a long-distance runner, competing on cross country, as well as track and field teams from middle school through the end of my first year of college. After a small change of plans, I decided to transfer from Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, Massachusetts to the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, RI where I pursued my Bachelor of Science in human movement sciences. After graduating college in 2017, I decided to take a year off from school to focus on the application process for chiropractic school. In this gap year, I spent many hours shadowing Doctor’s of Chiropractic in my home state.
Many people have grown to accept less than 100% of their bodies and their lives. They accept pain as a normal part of aging.
At 100% Chiropractic, we believe differently. We know that your body is always on your side, striving to heal. Just because your body is brilliant at adapting to compensate for injury and imbalance doesn’t mean you should make it compensate and live with the results. Why force your body to operate at less than 100% when more is possible?
We have two missions: first, we want to help you work through and recover from injury, pain, or other symptoms that interfere with your 100% lifestyle; next, we want to help you maintain your progress with routine wellness care.
There are several reasons our patients come for their first visits:
- Headaches and migraines
- Injury and accident recovery
- Back and neck pain
- Joint pain
- Digestive issues
- Prenatal and postnatal concerns
- Postural issues and imbalances
- Asthma and allergies
- Low energy and fatigue
After we work through the most troubling systems, our patients continue with chiropractic care–not because we insist or because we make them feel dependent upon us, but because, if we’ve done our jobs correctly, they have grown to understand that regular chiropractic care is as essential for a healthy lifestyle as exercise and proper nutrition. Here’s how we contribute to your 100% over the long term:
Corrective Care: By restoring and maintaining your spine’s natural curves, your body is able to communicate efficiently with itself. It’s only with clear communication within the nervous system that the body has the potential to achieve its unique 100%.
Sports Chiropractic: Sports chiropractic deals with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of injuries to muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints. Sports chiropractors have extensive training in evaluating muscular-skeletal problems related to sports participation or overuse.
Pediatric Chiropractic Care: The force of birth often causes our first spinal subluxations. By correcting these with gentle adjustments shortly after the baby is born, his or her little spine has the opportunity to grow as intended, unleashing the potential for your child’s optimum health.
Massage Therapy: Massage and chiropractic care go hand-in-hand. Tension and tight muscles can actually cause or hold subluxations. By relaxing the muscles, chiropractic treatment becomes more effective.
Why 100% Chiropractic?
We are dedicated to your long-lasting wellness. For us, it’s not just about making your pain go away. At 100% Chiropractic, we want you continue on a journey to 100% well-being that lasts a lifetime.
Your treatment plan is personalized to suit your unique needs. Chiropractic x-rays help us monitor your progress–and allow you to see the progress you’re already feeling in your body. As your body changes, your treatment plan may change. It’s all part of our commitment to treating you as a unique individual, taking into consideration your lifestyle, physical challenges, and concerns.
