How We Help Our Patients
Chiropractic care is a well-known remedy for maladies related to spinal malformations. Subluxations, or misalignments of vertebrae that line the spine, disrupt your body’s ability to send and receive electrical communications from the brain. This can contribute to the development of numerous conditions, including:
- Chronic headaches
- Compromised immune system response
- Chronic pain in the hips, back, knees, neck, and shoulders
- Lack of blood circulation to the extremities
- Lack of restful sleep
- Depression and anxiety
- Hormonal imbalances
Subluxations frequently result from accidents and physical injuries. Car accidents, energetic contact sports, and physically demanding jobs are some of the more common sources of misaligned vertebrae.
Chiropractors use spinal adjustments and other proven techniques to gently restore proper placement of vertebrae and enhance the body’s natural abilities to heal itself. After an adjustment, patients report feeling more relaxed, less stiffness in joints and muscles, and a sharper mental state. At 100% Chiropractic in Charlotte NC, we provide chiropractic services that are tailored to address your specific problems.
- During corrective care, doctors use manipulative techniques to gently ease subluxated vertebrae back into place. The goal of each session is to return the spine to its natural shape and position. X-rays and physical assessments help patients and doctors track the effectiveness of the treatment plan.
- Children and expecting mothers have special spinal needs, too. Pediatric chiropractic care encourages a healthy spine during important periods of growth, which help protect their long-term health. Expecting mothers can find relief from the extra stress that pregnancy puts on the body.
- Massage techniques increase blood flow to affected body parts. In combination with a chiropractic care plan, massage speeds healing and significantly reduces musculoskeletal pain associated with subluxations.
Your spine affects the health of your entire body. Routine care with a chiropractor in Charlotte, NC helps you maintain optimal health, feel your best, and perform better on a daily basis.

Megan — Office Manager
Hi! My name is Megan! I was originally born and raised in Atlanta, Ga, where I lived for the first 28 years of my life. I played soccer starting at a young age, through my high school career, where I then received a scholarship to play at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC. I later decided to continue my education at Kennesaw State University in Atlanta, where I graduated with a degree in Sports Management. Being athletic and competing in high level sports growing up, I encountered many injuries, both physically and mentally. I was continually prescribed medications to cover up each symptom, which in turn created more illnesses, and the spiral seemed to become worse and worse. After meeting Dr. Chris and benefiting from chiropractic care, my body was able to heal on its own and I discovered a new passion for life. Chiropractic care has changed my life in a way I never thought was possible and we are so excited to share our love for it with the city of Charlotte. We cannot wait to change people’s lives and show them what it means to live at 100%!
